KLM Next Level Retreat: Ascend - Deepening Your Connection with God

Event Dates: October 24 - October 28, 2024

Rates for Persons Based in Trinidad and Tobago:

    •    Single Occupancy: $1299 USD / $9099 TTD
    •    Double Occupancy (shared): $1199 per person (Total Price: $2398 USD / $16,799 TTD)
    •    Triple Occupancy (shared): $1100 per person (Total Price: $3300 USD / $23,100 TTD)
    •    Couple Rate: $2000 per couple ($14,000 TTD)

This includes flights, airport transfers, accommodations for 5 days/4 nights, food, and retreat materials. Any excursions, shopping, or food outside of the scheduled timetable will be an additional cost to the attendee.

Rates for Persons Based in the United States:

    •    Single Occupancy: $799 USD
    •    Double Occupancy (shared): $699 per person (Total Price: $1398 USD)
    •    Triple Occupancy (shared): $600 per person (Total Price: $1800 USD)
    •    Couple Rate: $1000 per couple

This includes accommodation for 5 days/4 nights, food, and retreat materials. Any flights, airport transfers, excursions, shopping, or food outside of the scheduled timetable will be an additional cost to the US-based attendee.

Payment Schedule:

    •    Reservation Fee: $50 USD by June 30, 2024 (Fee waived for active Partners and Members). This fee will be deducted from the total fee.
    •    Early Bird Special:
    •    TT Residents: $100 USD discount off the total price if paid in full by July 15, 2024.
    •    US Residents: $50 USD discount off the total price if paid in full by July 15, 2024.
    •    Payment Plan:
    •    First Payment: 50% down by July 31, 2024
    •    Final 50% Payment: by September 30, 2024
    •    Suggested Payment Plan:
    •    July 31, 2024: 50% Down payment of Total Price less Reservation Fee
    •    August 31, 2024: 25% of Total Price
    •    September 30, 2024: 25% of Total Price

Additional Payment Information:

    •    Non-Refundable Payments: All payments made are non-refundable.
    •    Travel Insurance: Persons are responsible for their own travel insurance.

Please note when doing Online Payments that it would be done through the invoice that will be sent to your email after paying your reservation fee. Any payment being made outside of Online Payments, please email the receipt to accounting@kingdomlifestylemovement.com.

When doing the transaction in the bank or online, please include your name and the purpose of your payment so that it can be properly allocated to your travel invoice.

Cancellation Policy:

    •    Cancellation by Attendee: Any cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to the following conditions:
    •    Cancellations received before August 15, 2024, will receive a full refund (provided the plane ticket has not been purchased).
    •    Cancellations made between August 15, 2024, and September 30, 2024, will receive a 50% refund less the reservation fee and any plane tickets if already purchased.
    •    No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after September 30, 2024.
    •    Cancellation by Organizer: If the retreat is canceled by the organizer for any reason, attendees will receive a full refund of all fees paid.

Additional Information:

    •    Health and Safety: Attendees are responsible for their own health and safety during the retreat. Any medical conditions or dietary requirements should be communicated to the organizers in advance.
    •    Liability: The organizers of the retreat will not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense incurred by attendees during the retreat.
    •    Code of Conduct: All attendees are expected to behave respectfully and adhere to the guidelines set forth by the retreat organizers. Any behavior deemed inappropriate may result in removal from the retreat without a refund.
